SOMETHING SPECIAL FROM WISCONSIN
Monroe is a limited production, handmade cheese from our cellars. Named after the town where our company was founded in more than 25 years ago, each small wheel is smeared and turned by hand every day and aged in the cellars adjacent to our celebrated Grand Cru®. The only one of its kind made in Wisconsin, its initial debut is already gaining international awards.

Monroe’s beautiful brine-washed rind is tan with hints of pink and tacky to the touch. The interior has a luxuriously creamy texture with a fudge-like density. You’ll taste notes of toasted bread and butter balanced by a citrusy brightness.
