Buttermilk Blue® Smoky Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 10-ounce bag frozen corn, thawed
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup (6 ounces) Roth Buttermilk Blue® Cheese crumbles
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • Blue corn chips

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients, except chips, until well blended. Chill.
  2. Serve with blue corn chips.
