- 1 large head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 4 cups cooked chicken
- 2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 8 slices fried, crumbled bacon
- 3/4 cup (about 4 ounces) crumbled Roth® Buttermilk Blue® Cheese
- ½ cup ranch salad dressing
- In four (2-cup) bowls, divide lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, bacon and Buttermilk Blue Cheese.
- On the side, pack 2 tablespoons ranch dressing in small containers.
