  • 1 apple, spiralized and cored
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 triangular slices of Roth® Van Gogh Original Gouda Cheese

Method

  1. Brush apple with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2.  Place gouda slice in between apple spirals
