Pesto Gouda Turkey Pinwheel Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 8-inch flour tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons store-bought pesto, preferably fresh
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced Van Gogh® Original Gouda Cheese
  • 6 thin slices deli turkey
  • Lettuce leaves

Method

  1. Spread each tortilla with half the pesto.  Top with half the cheese and deli slices.  Roll up tightly.
  2. Place seam-side-down on cutting board and cut each into 8 even rounds.
  3. Serve on bed of lettuce.
