- 2 8-inch flour tortillas
- 4 tablespoons store-bought pesto, preferably fresh
- 4 ounces thinly sliced Van Gogh® Original Gouda Cheese
- 6 thin slices deli turkey
- Lettuce leaves
- Spread each tortilla with half the pesto. Top with half the cheese and deli slices. Roll up tightly.
- Place seam-side-down on cutting board and cut each into 8 even rounds.
- Serve on bed of lettuce.
