¾ cup steel cut oats

¼ cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons sea salt

¼ cup butter, melted

1 cup Roth® Prairie Sunset® Cheese

1 cup seasonal berries, chopped

3 medium apples, cored, chopped

Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Whipped cream (optional)

Maple syrup (optional)
Method
- Heat oven to 375° and grease an 8” x 8” baking pan.
- Combine oats, brown sugar, salt, and butter; mix thoroughly.
- Toss together Prairie Sunset cheese, berries, and apples; transfer to baking pan.
- Spread oat mixture on top of fruit.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes until topping is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and allow crisp to sit and cool for approximately 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
- Top with ice cream or whipped cream and a drizzle of maple syrup (optional).
