Amp up chicken with friendly flavors in this easy Chicken BLT Salad! Roth Buttermilk Blue® cheese crumbles and ranch dressing add a creaminess to the usual bacon, lettuce, and tomato combo.


  • 1 large head romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 4 cups cooked chicken
  • 2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 8 slices fried, crumbled bacon
  • 3/4 cup (about 4 ounces) crumbled Roth® Buttermilk Blue® Cheese
  • ½ cup ranch salad dressing


  1. In four (2-cup) bowls, divide lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, bacon and Buttermilk Blue Cheese.
  2. On the side, pack 2 tablespoons ranch dressing in small containers.
