- 2 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 tablespoons homemade or store-bought pesto
- 4 ounces thinly sliced Roth Gouda cheese
- 6 thin slices deli turkey meat
- Lettuce leaves
- Spread each tortilla with half the pesto. Top with half the cheese and deli slices. Roll up tightly.
- Place seam-side-down on cutting board and cut each into 8 even rounds.
- Serve on bed of lettuce.
