Ingredients

  • 16 oz pasta, cooked and drained
  • 4 oz prosciutto
  • 1 ear of corn, charred
  • 3 small peaches, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 oz Roth Hot Honey Gouda, diced into chunks
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2-3 tbsp hot honey
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt to taste

Method

  1. Heat oven to 400°F and add prosciutto into a flat, layer and cook 10-15 minutes or until crispy. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add pasta, charred corn, peaches, tomatoes, sliced red onion and Roth Hot Honey Gouda chunks.
  3. Mix together and top with Roth Hot Honey vinaigrette.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
