Ingredients
- 2 slices of Challah Bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Blackberry Jam
- 1/2 cup Roth Creamy Havarti cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp sugar
Method
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Spread blackberry jam on the other side of 1 slice.
- Top with creamy Havarti cheese.
- Place the other slice of bread on top with the butter facing out.
- Heat a pan on medium low, toast the sandwich until golden brown. Flip and repeat.
