Cheese & Fruit Skewers

Cheese & Fruit Skewers are the easiest (and cheesiest!) snack the whole family will love! Perfect for summer parties, after-school snacks, and everything in between. Make all three skewer combinations, or pick your favorite.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Roth Original Havarti cheese, cubed (about 16, 1-inch pieces)
  • 16 strawberries
  • 16 pieces watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8 ounces Roth Prairie Sunset® cheese, cubed (about 16, 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 green apple, chopped into 16 (1-inch) pieces
  • 16 red raspberries
  • 8 ounces Roth Gouda cheese, cubed (about 16, 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 large peach, chopped into 16 (1-inch) pieces
  • 16 blackberries
  • Mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
  • Honey, for garnish (optional)
  • 16 small wooden skewers or picks (~6 inches long)

Method

  1. For Havarti Skewers: Thread a strawberry, Havarti cheese cube, and piece of watermelon on a skewer. Repeat with remaining ingredients and skewers.
  2. For Prairie Sunset® Skewers: Thread an apple, piece of Prairie Sunset® cheese, and raspberry on a skewer. Repeat with remaining ingredients and skewers.
  3. For Gouda Skewers: Thread a peach, Gouda cheese cube, and blackberry on a skewer. Repeat with remaining ingredients and skewers.

Arrange skewers on a large platter. Garnish with mint leaves and drizzle with honey, if desired.
