A fun twist on the classic grilled cheese, made using a waffle iron for a crispy, golden outside and a gooey, melty interior featuring Roth Creamy Havarti cheese.			
						
			Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
 - 4 oz Roth Creamy Havarti cheese, shredded
 
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
 
Method
- Preheat your waffle iron.
 - Butter one side of each slice of bread.
 - Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the preheated waffle iron.
 - Add shredded Roth Creamy Havarti cheese on top of the bread, then cover with the remaining two slices of bread, buttered side up.
 - Close the waffle iron and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
 - Remove the waffle grilled cheese from the iron, slice, and serve immediately.
