The easiest, 5-minute Dill Pickle Dip! With a boost of flavor from Dill Havarti, this cool & creamy dip is perfect for summer nights, game day and every day.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup canned white beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded Roth Dill Havarti (or Jalapeño Havarti for extra heat)
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt, to taste


  1. Purée cream cheese, beans, water, and pickle juice in a food processor. Add Dill Havarti and pulse 10 times. Scoop mixture into a bowl, and mix in remaining ingredients. Chill for one hour before serving, if possible.
