- 1/2 block (4 ounces) cream cheese
- 1 8 ounce block Roth® Jalapeño Havarti Cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 (2 ounce) jar pimentos
- 4 Hamburger pickles or 1-2 sliced baby gherkins
- 1 garlic clove, out of its skin
- 2 tablespoons jarred jalapeño juice
- Crackers or bread, to serve
- Combine everything except the crackers or bread in a food processor.
- Pulse until you reach your desired consistency, pulsing more for a smoother feel.
- Serve on crackers or bread.
