The easiest Spicy Beer Cheese dip! Just 4 ingredients and 5 minutes to make. Choose our 3 Chile Pepper Gouda or Buffalo Ranch Gouda for extra heat.
- 1 (12-oz) tub cream cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons Oktoberfest-style or lager beer
- 1 (6-oz) wedge Roth 3 Chile Pepper Gouda or Buffalo Ranch Gouda cheese, shredded, reserving 1 tablespoon for topping
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- Transfer to serving dish, and top with reserved Gouda. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
