These end-of-summer club sandwiches will bring sunshine-y goodness to your tastebuds! Smeared with our fresh, tangy Chèvre goat cheese & honey, then stacked with peaches, peppery arugula, sharp red onion, honey baked turkey, bacon, basil & honey Dijon.

  • 3 tablespoons Roth Plain Chèvre goat cheese
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
  • 3 slices bread
  • 1/4 pound honey baked turkey, thinly sliced
  • 3 slices crispy bacon
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed arugula
  • 1 tablespoon honey Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 peach, sliced
  • 4 basil leaves
  • A few red onion rings


  1. Mix goat cheese and honey, to taste, in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Toast bread and smear 1 tablespoon honey goat cheese mixture onto each slice. Add turkey, bacon, and arugula to one slice then top with another piece of toast, goat cheese side down.
  3. Smear the honey Dijon mustard on top of the bread, then add sliced peach, basil, and red onion. Put the last piece of bread on top and slice into quarters.
  4. Serve immediately.
