Whipped Garlic Herb Goat Cheese Dip

This garlic herb goat cheese dip is the easiest, 5-minute dip recipe EVER!

  • 8 ounces (2 4-oz logs) Roth Garlic Herb Chèvre goat cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • Zest of 1 small lemon
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Crackers, cut-up vegetables & fruit, for dipping (optional)


  1. Blend goat cheese, cream cheese, lemon zest and olive oil in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Season with salt & pepper, to taste.
  3. Serve with crackers, cut-up vegetables and/or fruit (optional).
