What could be easier, faster and tastier than this celebratory seasonal dip?
- 1 (12-oz) tub cream cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing/seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons Oktoberfest-style beer
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Sriracha hot sauce (or to taste)
- 1 package (6 ounces) Roth Gouda cheese, shredded, reserving 1 tablespoon for topping
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- Place in serving dish and top with reserved Gouda. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
