Sriracha Beer Cheese Dip

What could be easier, faster and tastier than this celebratory seasonal dip?


  • 1 (12-oz) tub cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing/seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons Oktoberfest-style beer
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Sriracha hot sauce (or to taste)
  • 1 package (6 ounces) Roth Gouda cheese, shredded, reserving 1 tablespoon for topping


  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Place in serving dish and top with reserved Gouda. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
