Cheesy Biscuit Twists are your carb-y, comforting, ooey gooey, easy holiday appetizer, breakfast or whenever-you-want-it snack made with our nutty Grand Cru®.

  • 1 (16-oz) tube of large biscuits (8 biscuits total) 
  • 1 (6-ounce) wedge Roth Grand Cru® cheese, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large sprig rosemary, minced
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten


  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. 
  2. On a floured work surface, roll out each biscuit until thin. Evenly divide the grated Grand Cru® on top of each biscuit center. Sprinkle minced garlic and rosemary on top of the grated cheese. Roll up each biscuit and give it a twist, until they look like mini baguettes.
  3. Brush the twisted biscuit tops with the egg wash, and bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown and shiny. 
  4. Serve immediately!
