Cheesy Sriracha Garlic Bread is spicy, ooey gooey, crispy, and loaded with our award-winning Grand Cru® cheese. The perfect appetizer for game days, weeknight meals, pasta nights, and more.

  • Half a large loaf of soft french bread, cut lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 (6-oz) block Roth Grand Cru® cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place bread on the baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayo and sriracha, and spread over the bread. Sprinkle minced garlic over the bread, and top with shredded cheese. Drizzle olive oil over the top, and bake until melted and crispy.
  4. Allow the bread to cool for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle chives over the top, and cut into sticks with a sharp knife. Serve immediately.
