How can this potato chip dip be so tasty and so easy at the same time? The answer: our alpine-style Grand Cru® and creamy Havarti cheeses.
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) Roth Havarti cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) Roth Grand Cru® cheese, shredded
- 4 cups (1 quart) plain Greek-style yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Potato chips, for dipping
- Mix all ingredients, except potato chips.
- Serve with potato chips for dipping.
