The best last-minute game day recipe? PARTY PIZZA BREAD. Oh yeah. Topped with the only cheese you need: our mild & creamy Grand Cru®.

  • 2 demi baguettes, sliced lengthwise and hollowed out
  • 1/2-3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperonis
  • 1/2 cup cooked & seasoned ground beef
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (6-oz) block of Roth Grand Cru® cheese, shredded
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place hollowed-out baguettes on a rimmed baking sheet. Fill each with equal amounts pizza sauce. In one baguette, add pepperoni. To the other baguette, stuff with cooked beef and green bell pepper. Top each with shredded cheese.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and starting to bubble in places. Slice and serve, then garnish with chopped parsley!
