Easy Jalapeno Chicken Pizza

You don't need to order takeout for this jalapeno chicken pizza! Made even better (and spicier!) with our flavorful Jalapeño Havarti cheese.

  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup of your favorite pizza sauce
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (bones and skins discarded)
  • 1 (6-oz) wedge Roth Jalapeño Havarti cheese, shredded
  • 4 store-bought naan flatbreads
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced
  • Fresh chopped cilantro, for garnish
  • Salt, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to broil on high.
  2. Arrange frozen corn on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with a pinch of salt. Broil for 8 to 12 minutes, or until charred and blistered.
  3. Turn oven to 400 degrees F.
  4. Spoon equal amounts of pizza sauce over each naan bread. Top each with shredded chicken, broiled corn, and Jalapeño Havarti cheese.
  5. Place a few jalapeños on top of each pizza, and bake 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and browned.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve immediately!
