This Southern favorite is quick to make. And, it's enjoyed far and wide for its addictive flavor. Serve with crackers, bread or sliced vegetables–or be creative.
- 1 cup Original Havarti
- 1 cup Original Grand Cru®
- 1/2 cup jarred pimentos, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Chill several hours or overnight.
