Cranberry Jalapeño Chutney

Ingredients

  • For the Chutney:
  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, minced (remove seeds and ribs for a less spicy chutney)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • For Serving:
  • 1 to 2 (6-oz) wedges Roth Grand Cru® cheese
  • Crackers

Method

  1. Add all the chutney ingredients to a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes over medium-low heat until everything softens and thickens.
  2. Layer chutney with slices of Grand Cru® atop crackers. Enjoy!
