Spinach Artichoke Dip

This oven-baked spinach artichoke dip is the perfect appetizer for a crowd and filled with artichokes, spinach, and award-winning Grand Cru® cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Roth Grand Cru® cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Roth Creamy Havarti cheese
  • 1 (14-oz) can artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Pita chips, carrots, celery, bell peppers and bread slices, for dipping

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a small casserole dish or oven-proof skillet, and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until combined. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish, and top with more shredded Grand Cru®, if desired. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until the mixture is golden and bubbly.
  4. Serve with dippers of your choice.
